Was listening to some really old songs by the now defunct Tex-Mex group Texas Tornadoes . I was real little when I first heard them, but some of their songs still make me smile. Such as:
I hate to sound like a prick here, but he just doesn't have what it takes to do the work that's necessary for this business. He lacks awareness, he doesn't understand most of what's going on, and, well he doesn't really want to work.
He's not all bad, he seems like a nice guy, he just doesn't have what it takes for this job.
No wonder he needed rescuing, but that sucks for you means he's putting himself and others in danger. He needs to go!! But it was good of you to step in. Happy Easter!!

I know he took the job because he needed the money, jobs are extremely difficult to come by around this area right now, so you try to keep the job you have. This work just isn't what he should be looking for, and I don't expect him to be here much longer.
The bad thing about this Easter is I won't be doing very much. I've volunteered at a church I used to go to every Easter to help hide Easter eggs for kids. Right now I'm unable to walk on my own, and moving around with crutches takes too long to help hide a bunch of eggs, so I'm basically a house ornament today with my foot propped up and an ice pack on top of it.
And recovering from a hangover, that I wouldn't have had if I was able to follow through with volunteering.
I watched "How I Met Your Mother". It cracks me up so hard every time! and Jason Segals character is just so charming and adorable, how can you not watch??
oh, and I scored paintball tickets for 2.50 a pop, with all the equipment included! It was such a good deal that I bought a whole bunch so my friends and I can all go.
