I took myself out of a project and threw it back on my boss. I got stuck dealing with it because of her BS absences this summer so it felt nice to throw it back.
i stood up for someone that was being kicked around. it didnt change anything, the bully is the same person. but it made those i attempted to defend feel better.

I have a space heater. I would use it in the summer but I am paranoid about forgetting to turn it off! One time I had to turn it on full blast and put it on top of my desk directly in front of my face!
Dogwalker- You are so lucky! I work in a oven most of the time.
I'd rather work in a freezer. At least I can put on a jacket! It would be nice if I could see the outside world, though. Cubicle life sucks.
