Same girl called me yesterday telling me she would be around my area and wanted to hang out again. It was a nice surprise after work. Good times .

Had a great workout earlier. Started incorporating more weights into my routine so hopefully I'll see more definition in my arms.

Even tho I had an accident at work yesterday and melted a lab computer, monitor, key board, and mouse...as well leaving one of the instruments non-functioning, I still had a great monthly review today. Go figure. My boss didn't care or want to hear about it.
