A woman ends her marriage of 12 years, begins dating and finds love again — but this time, with another woman.

For many years, researchers assumed so-called "late-life lesbians" were simply repressed by society until they felt comfortable coming out.

Who knows... The more people getting sick and tired of the other gender's BS, the more "Fluidity Of Sexuality" we may observe!

I've heard of situations like that for both men and women who realized after many years of marriage and usually a family that they finally realized that they were attracted to members of the same sex. I don't quite understand why it would take such a long time for this transformation to occur but apparently it does happen with certain individuals. The question that comes to mind is whether it's a general dissatisfaction with their spouse and the opposite sex or whether it's a growing attraction to the same sex. I tend to think it's probably the latter and it's something that's been repressed for many years. The reason I say that is because I don't think it's likely that an unhappy marriage could cause someone to have desires for someone of the same sex that they'd never had before.

I reckon that because homosexuality is more tolerated these days, it's seen as cool to be gay or bisexual.

This is in my mind the real reason why more women are out.
