My apologies for that silly post last night. I was just feeling a bit...dreamy I guess.
Anyhoo...good morning all! I am off today - woo hoo! I should be home attending to housecleaning and washing the car and all that other stuff that I never seem to have time for...but I'm spending the day with my fella. Life is just too short.
And yes, you have to bag your own groceries, and you might have to bring your own bags too or pay for them. It's the same way at a store here called Aldi, which is also pretty inexpensive.
California needs more stores like Aldi's, where you put the quarter in the machine to get the shopping cart, and then you return the cart to get your quarter back.
When I went to Kansas to visit my boyfriend's parents, I was amazed by the Aldi store. True, they're not the the fanciest at all. But they've got good deals. We actually bought some small lobster tails there - they weren't bad for being frozen.
