I think comparisons between me and other people ie. a "better" guy would be pretty upsetting.
All in all though I wouldnt stick around with an SO that put me down all the time. That reflects more on the other person then on myself so I wouldnt feel too bad.

i usually make a lot of money by working overtime. this has been a slow year and i'm very sensitive about it. if she made a comment about me not making enough money this year i'd be really hurt. hopefully 2011 will be better.

They are all in quotes because they are all quotes from my ex husband. What a jerk. All I can say is that I was very young. When you know better, you do better.
