Not that you could tell if you look at the picture thread lol I'll take your word for it though. Course I'm old enough I actually want to be able to speak to the person laying next to me so looks are not the be all end all.
Yeah, I can't stand guys who pester me for my pic. Really find it annoying. I don't even know them and they want me to show them my pic. I just laugh at them and hope they find their other half somewhere else.

I'm a lot more shallow than that. But I have dated guys who were not 10's who had such a great magnetism, that it really didn't matter. We had chemistry.

I worded that poorly. It isnt that women puzzle me its that I am in a tough spot in life. My mom is dying from cancer and I have just completed a divorce from someone I loved without reservation and would have given my life for. Addiction is something you have to taste personally to understand and if you have I need say no more and if you have not I can not say enough. My wife was not a bad person and I do not speak of it because the things she did were really bad and people who did not know would judge her without knowing what a good mother and wife she had been and so many other things that you can not know unless you had been there and touched it and seen it.
I have no answers. I only know I am alone now and having failed to save her I must try and save myself. My kids tell me this, my family tells me this, her family tells me this, even she tells me so. And so her I am. Trying each day to interact. To move forward.
What I meant by figuring out women is that I am not ready. Too many bad things inside me and I have to find a way to forgive myself for failing the person who was everything to me. And find a way to feel again with a soul that is broken. Having moved past these things I have to move out into a world of dating that I have not been involved in for two decades. This is the figuring out part. That is in some future that I can not now see, its past where I am now.
Hehe I was just trying to figure out how to do a pic request just to be ornery but I'm afraid its beyond me. I suck at this internet thing. What scares me is that whenerver I do get to where I want to move on it may be that some girl sprays mace in my face or zaps me with one of those elecric thingies when I do something so crazy as to actually speak to her in person asking for a date. I picture it like this..... Me... "Hi, I really dig you and I would like to go have a coffee..... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz *girl* can't believe that psycho spoke to me, men don't speak they send text messages* Meanwhile electric thingies sputter in my chest. lol
