Would you consider dating a 43 year old guy, never married, no kids, who's last girlfriend was in college (2 decades ago )? Or is this a red flag to keep moving?

I'd personally want to know a WHOLE lot more about him before I risked it.
Maybe he was devoted to his career, his parents or just couldn't find anyone that he was interested in in those 20 years. I'd go out with him and ask him those questions. Maybe I wouldn't go on a date but meet up for coffee.

Not my thing to date guys. However if he appeals to you, go out on the date. The worse that could happen is he is a Serial killer that likes to wine and dine his next victim (before slice and dice). It's not like you live forever anyway. Who knows? He might just be a really great guy.
