1.Have gone beyond or were never into the drinking/clubbing scene for just getting drunk.
2.Have self respect for their bodies and are sexually responsible in regards to birth control and STD testing of themselves and their partners
3.Have a responsible attitude towards money even if they have made some financial blunders here and there.
4.Have some interest in current events and developing themselves intellectually
5.Value hard work
6.Don't have time or interest in men who are abusive and don't respect themselves or others.

I know some 40 somethings that can't make this list.
1,2 and 6 are my litmus test for women I know I can get serious with. I'm 44 and I think I'm still sticking with 33-45 for my age range for dating. Chowhound is right though..I do talk with 20 something women at work or if they are friends of friends but just don't find ANY of them that don't seem as if they are still teenagers in twenty something bodies. If you are a woman in that age range, no need to be offended. It's just MY experience.

if your 44 you should stay with women at 30 and above... You dating a girl in her 20s is like dating your daughter.
