18-25 or so. Just because people can drink, smoke, own firearm, and vote unfortunately doesn't mean that they should be in a relationship. From my observations none of us at that age know what we want, besides feeling good. People can deny it, but I've only met a few people at this age that aren't that way.
I'm 21 in a couple weeks, btw.

At the same time, I have to remind myself that we cannot force our choices on how someone reproduces on others. Not everyone can wait 4 years for a guy.
I am in my 50s and I can't say what is going on out there.
I think 99% are married at my age.
So dating is pretty rough. I have dated some younger guys, and I will say
the lack of baggage was refreshing.
People put a lot of value on age, though.
