This is one of the arguments I bring up when people say "I'm going to make sure I marry the right person" as if nobody else says that. People change. The woman I married was completely different than the woman I was dating the 2 years prior that ring went on. I don't care how well you think you know someone, we all go through changes at different ages, and entering into a legally binding contract such as marriage changes people as well. You combine these 2 things and you don't know what you are getting. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad. Assuming everything you say is correct and as perceived, then I'd bet she wasn't like this or this bad before he married her. If that's not it, my second guess would be the stupid move of marrying her because he knocked her up. In that case, he got what he deserved, but I'd be willing to be she wasn't this way when he was dating her. Or she hid it. There are other possible scenarios as well.

To each their own. I sowed my wild oats and I wasn't all that promiscuous. But I had my fun, wild days, and now I'm perfectly happy with my fun, family days!

Maybe she hasn't always been like that. Maybe he ignores her at home, maybe he doesn't want to have sex anymore or show her affection, maybe he's having an affair with their "friend"...
You don't know what the situation is so it isn't fair to blame it on her. She did have a little liqued courage in her so maybe she doesn't act like this all the time.
About a year ago, I was working security at this street fair with one of my buddies. As usual there was alcohol flowing at this event and as usual we meet our quota of the drunk and wasted. One of the wasted was this 29 year old woman. (I know because I checked her I.D.) She was somewhat attractive but very curvy with a huge butt. She was on almost every guy at this event. (especially us)and at the end of the day when every thing was closing up, she wanted my buddy to join her in the bathroom.
There was one guy in particular that she was talking to. I thought that it was just another guy but it turned out the guy was her husband. As it turns out, she was there with her husband, her friend and her 4 kids. I had only heard of this type of thing before but this was the first time I'd ever seen anything like this. Her husband and the kids were getting ready to leave while she was up on my buddy.
I asked the guy: "Aren't you going to take her with you?"
Husband: "Do I have to?"
