My personal physician is an internist who is a shapely female in great shape.
We like each other and BS a good bit.
It would certainly be noisey...we got to go at least 425 lbs between us.
But if she decided to have me it would be so complicated. First off she would have to find a supply of the blue pill so I would be of some use. Then she would have to find a place to hide me while it worked. Then find a half hour in her schedule to get it done.
And her hubby is a big dude who might take exception.
While there are a few cases of doctors crossing the line by having inappropriate relationship with patients, I highly doubt that this is common. Once you lose your license your career is pretty much over.
In my personal experience it's the opposite. The male patients are the one hitting on me which is annoying and unprofessional on their part. I cut it off quicker than they can say "you're so pretty and young doc...are you married?".
