It depends who prepares it, up until very recent I couldn't stand the stuff. I had tried it on a few occasions and it was tasteless, then we went to one Mexican restaurant and their guac was rather tasty.
Yep, it has to be tasty to be good...include some fav spices, mild pepper, etc. Suit to yer tastes.
