I am just shaking my head at you...stick to power tools! They are less complicated and have little warnings printed on them
Why do I have this vision of you rolling your eyes? I'm good to go right now. The entire place is tile so all I have to do is sweep and mop. There are some area carpets but I haul those outside and shake em out. Easier than the vacuum which I have learned wants to suck up little carpets and get stuck on them instead of rolling across em properly. I'm learning bit by bit. This bachelor thing takes some getting used to, lots of new stuff to learn.
edit..... One other thing, I'm a man, we don't read manuals. Its against the union rules. hehe

I hired a service last time you know. I spent most all of my time over at my moms house nursing her in the end and I didn't feel like dealing with housework. The girl they sent was nice enough and did a good job. The outfit was actually pretty reasonable for two hours three times a week but I kinda like doing things myself and it felt weird having some stranger washing my clothes and stuff. I'm a weirdo I guess.

I had a maid but she only came once a week and I didn't have her do laundry or change the bedding. She did everything else though.
Sometimes I'd love to go back to work just so I could have someone wash my floors and do my windows again..lol
