Cell phone plans suck; I'm trying to adjust our plan and keep getting hit with these damn technicalities. If I reduce the minutes we lose 'friends & family' which is dumb because our minute usage will go up.
If I go unlimited text we lose our current text limit (really?! ) and nationwide calling, I don't think we even have that, don't know what the hell it is, I don't see it on the bill.
