No. You can have very unconventional features and still be rugged sexy. Take Lyle Lovett, for instance. Nobody would call his face or each of its parts good-looking by any stretch of the imagination (and there's absolutely no symmetry), but there is something about him...

where are you getting this information? If anything I observe that its the other way round
most women I see dont really care that much about big muscles, they seem to prefer guys who have some muscle but are lean...think of male celebs that are as you say extremely strong/muscular...I can only think of The Rock or Vin Diesel
I believe anyone can potentially be considered rugged and/or sexy by anyone else who may be attracted to them.
I was thinking something along these lines as I was reading through the posts .... what one person considers attractive or unattractive is not always considered that way by others. beauty is in the eye of the beholder ... or something like that.
I suppose if one did get hit up oneside and down the next with the ugly stick, it would be hard to also be considered 'sexy' ... but very few people fall into that category. Most people do have some redeeming qualities about themselves that others may find appealing and sexy.
No Sexy to me has nothing to do with looks. Some people just ooze sexiness because of some undefinable chemistry with you, because of their voice , their personality etc...
One of the sexiest guys I ever met would have been described as ugly by many people but he was incredibly sexy to me. Sexy is in the way you deport yourself, the way you walk , the way you smell , a myriad of ways which are just impossible to define. So many people are classically beautiful but have all the sex appeal of leaf mold.
