What I Know Now When I Was Younger
If you could go back in time, say 15-20 years, or so & give yourself some crucial tidbits of wisdom, what would ya' say?
So what would your words of wisdom be?
A little listening music to go with the question

I probably would have not spent all my childhood money on garbage pail kids, baseball cards, comic books and jolly ranchers and invested into gold or oil

I was a huge Apple fanboy in elementary and middle school, around 1999 through 2003. Still like their products but I digress. I wish I had some money when I was that young. I would have definitely invested it all in Apple stock.

Boom. I'd try to convince myself (like you'd be able to talk a kid into saving money) to get in on the .com bubble instead of buying pot, going to concerts, and playing golf. I'd also try to convince myself on the importance of giving 100% during baseball and football practice as well as the importance of studying to get into a good school.

lol I knew people would say they'd wish they'd invested, etc.
Any love/romance words of wisdom?
Anybody learn anything from previous relationships or mistakes?
If I could go back I'd tell myself to not be so ridiculously naive & trusting; I let myself get used. Not good.....but ya' live & ya' learn

I'm not sure what I would tell myself.

Honestly, if I had changed any of my behaviors back then, I wouldn't be the person I am now.

Nope, I think I did everything right in the macro-cosmos

If I had to fix anything, I could have started body building right at 15 or something.

I could have advised my Dad not to be so patriotic and throw away our French passports and citizenship, which means I could go to France at any time I damn well pleased and even invest in France.

I could have been less rebellious with Dad and not given him such a heartache, now that he is dead.

I could also have learned some maturity, so the babes won't call me immature now LMAO. How does a man learn maturity? Is there a maturity for dummies handbook on Amazon? Where do I start?

I'm happy to say that I don't have many regrets, at least at this point in my life. The one thing that I would "tell" myself if I could go back in time is to be a little more bolder, don't take the safe route as much, take a few calculated risks.... don't be so afraid of failure. Failure really isn't that big of a deal... it actually means you tried to do something... as opposed to standing by and doing nothing.
