I have no idea what a polenta is.

I know what grits are though. They taste like crap.

I like them with butter and white sugar...so bad!

It's a delicacy reserved for us Southerners with delicate taste buds. Add in a little Shiner Beer and it's one of the finer things in life. Ranks up there with Chile Rellanos.

Maybe they just haven't been cooked well? Ever had shrimp and grits....YUM!

I've never tried honey...hmmm, maybe I'll make them tomorrow for breakfast. Though nobody else here will eat them. It will have to be a small batch.
