Sounds too early in a relationship to be trying something like that. Does your gf seem mentally stable? Any molestation, rape, or physical abuse in her background? What's her reasoning for desiring to be raped?

I can only guess that yes she has. I know people with similar qualities and they too have had some sort of extremely violent sexual abuse.
A fantasy is one thing, but acting something like that out less than a month into a relationship is a bad idea IMHO. You really don't KNOW her yet and yes this is the kind of thing that could get you into serious trouble if it goes wrong.
The likelihood of your girlfriend being unstable and using this against you in some way is probably very low, but 3 weeks in who really knows?
Do some other role playing for a bit and maybe revisit this after some serious time has passed if she's still in to the idea?
Re the abuse question - I really don't know. I guess I'm probably a bit 'vanilla' but I wouldn't judge people on most fantasies and I've heard this is a fairly common one for some reason. I do think it raises a red flag that she has brought it up and wants to act it out so very quickly into the relationship. Also that she wants it to be so very involved (renting a hotel room). To me this kind of implies she's done a lot of this before.... or that I am a prude. I'm not sure which! Lol.
Rape fantasy is not my thing, but there are women who are turned on by the thought of being "ravaged" in a romance novel sort of way, but in a safe place with a partner she trusts. It's not all that much different than your average role-playing scenario, but you may want to have a safe word just in case.
There are women with this fantasy. Women who have no past history of sexual/physical abuse. But you would be a dumb a** to fulfill this fantasy with her so early on. BIG no no.
