Just absolutely selfish as s$&@. I'm really embarrassed for my gender and my black race that there are guys like this out there tearing women's lives apart. If a guy like this ended up with my mom, I'd be starting something to drive him away.
It sucks when people do things that only reinforce stereotypes/cliches that society holds.

The weather out today couldn't be any better.

No, really, it couldn't be any better. The sun is out, there is a light cool breeze... probably about 72 or so.

Man.... loving this.

I'll return to sullen and semi-depressed shorty......

Right now here it's 80, sunny, no wind. The forest critters are singing, jabbering. Frogs are ribbiting, bull frogs are bellowing their mating call...

Mighty fine day...

I always know this day. I typically visit the gravesite, but it's done nothing but rain and stay dreary, so I've stayed inside.

Really, I should have just stayed in bed.

I'm surprised that there isn't more Mothers day threads.

Mrs. Chow talked to her mom today. Her mom is good woman, very fair, tries to be a good person.

She stays out of our business, she's probably about the best MIL you could ask for.

My mom died a few yrs back and I think she took me under her wing....

She's a good "broad".... that's an inside joke.

I'm sorry your mother has passed. But cheer up, better days will come.
