It depends on who you say it to. If you say it to a hooker, you're good to go. Most women I know would run away and call security. Maybe a few who are dressed like they're fishing for that type of compliment might like it, but not all who are dressed that way.
What would be the point of saying that? If you're already on a date, she probably assumes that you're attracted to her. Paying her a compliment like "that's a beautiful dress" or "you look really pretty" would probably go over better.

Most women would knock the ball back into the most painful part of your "court" and leave. You don't get it, do you? Most women regard guys who mention sex in any way from the get-go to be sleazes. Not all women. But a lot of women. Take a look at your poll results.

What reaction will say this get?
I'd go even further and tell her in great detail *what* I thought was sexy about her and why I was attracted to her. That's just me though. I cut to the chase and don't BS around.

Compliments are traditional, are they not?
But tell a woman she's sexy on the first date, and she's just gonna feel like you want to get in bed with her and that's all. "I had a great time, and I find you very attractive" is a better message.
