I agree with the other posters that it could be OCD, however, kissing is very intimate and can be more so than the act of having sex. People with intimacy issues won't kiss. Remember Julia Roberts' role in Pretty Woman? She could have sex but no kissing on the mouth.
OP, are you staying the night or do you leave before morning? My first thought was that he's married or has another lover and cleans up right away for just in case....no proof of sexual relations with you.
It might be OCD but then wouldn't he show signs other than showering and sheet changing after sex and not kissing? What other things does he do to exhibit having OCD? Holding hands, touching door knobs?

She's seen the man all of 7 times, I doubt she's aware of his OC tendencies unless she's living with him or sees him very frequently. A lot of people with OCD can appear normal outside of their home or in situations that aren't conducive to rituals. He may scrub his body with rubbing alcohol, flip light switches on and off repeatedly, or have other OC behavior, but it is hard to tell if you aren't with a person everyday the level or severity.
I was asked for advice by a friend of mine on her current situation with a guy she has been seeing. They have seen each other 7 times and had sex twice but he has never kissed her. Not even goodbye. She also says that after sex he gets up and showers immediately and changes the sheets on his bed. He has even gotten onto her for getting makeup on his shirt, He sounds like a jerk to me but for some reason she likes him.
Any ideas why he doesnt want to kiss her?
Kissing is one of the most inimate things you can do with anything person. If he isn't kissing her then it's all about sex for him & nothing more.
Sex without kissing? Isn't kissing part of foreplay? If he won't kiss....what else does he not do? How do people even have a relationship with no kissing? Strange. This guy is not my type.
I really think this is a distorted sense of intimacy. How is kissing more intimate than sex?
Because "sex" in itself is just an act.
