This exact scenario has applied to me in the past. Difference being I don't have a terminal illness and hopefully have 50+ years to live.
Lets say you have a terminal Illness and have only one week or so left (this is certain). It will in no way effect your sexual performance or enjoyment.
There is a person of the opposite sex, who is married who you have amazing chemistry with. You can feel the sexual chemistry in the air when in their company. You aren't close with their partner. You are single at the time.
You viewed them as off limits because they are married.
But now you only have a week left you are not so sure.
With a week left.....The opportunity is there to be with them for one night of intense passion.

LOL. me too - have someone who fits this description.. I will go for it! Though it means I have to fly back to my country. I AM SO IN! I saw him first! than his wife. I think she is younger than us and weren't even born when I saw him when we were both 10. LOL
