About a decade ago, I remember everyone was putting "wine tasting." I was in my early 20s and could not understand why everyone wanted to sound like they were 45. I remember deleting a guy immediately after reading that his hobby was "wine bottle label collecting." Oh. My. God.
That's funny, because a really popular thing for people in their 20s to do around here is rent a limo and do a wine tasting trip with friends
I've done it a few times and it's an absolute blast. Of course, it starts out with learning about wine and ends up 'drunk with friends in a limo' and who can turn that down??

Oh god, JJ, you're making me feel old and jaded! I'm like "Screw the limo and wine, I want my beer in walking distance!" LOL.
Well I have a date next week, and these are the plans
Ice Cream at a outdoor desert place
Long walk at the waterfront
Conversation under the trees at the waterfront
If that goes well then the next date will be dinner and a activity
If you're in Philly and she hasn't seen the Maxfield Parrish/Tiffany mosaic, take her there at some point. It is gorgeous, and just the thing to stimulate conversation.

It's located in an old publishing house - I think the one that used to do the Saturday Evening Post. But don't hold me to that.
A friend took me there on a girl's day out in the city, and we literally just sat and looked at it for ages. I've always had a thing for Maxfield Parrish's stuff though.

It states what building it's in but not where it's located in the city. The Curtis Building doesn't ring a bell
