There are myriad approaches to chocolate, each dependent upon preference and TIME.
My 5-year-old was finally asleep; I had NO intentions of banging a pot or two while heating cream, stirring three different chocolates, melting two sugars or scraping the bottom of aforementioned pot with a wooden spatula.
Ghirardelli -- it's shaved chocolate, powdered. Don't knock it until you've tried it as a base when you're pushed on time.
I have two 11yr olds & a 10yr old, but they're dogs and don't give a damn. If you so much as krinkle a wrapper they appear in the kitchen from nowhere.

Mine comes running as soon as he hears chopping on the cutting board. He gets the veggie scraps (HAhaha...even my dog is a veg!)

That looks like fun. The clouds over the crowd look a little creepy though! I would have had my eye on the radar! lol
We packed it in minutes after the clouds form, still got quite wet on the way to the car.
I love being out in the rain. One of my favorite things.
