I thought I'd share a hilarious experience last night when I was out with some friends at a bar. We went to a beer garden for the afternoon, and then moved to a bar when the sun went down. I was done with drinking for the night (me and my low tolerance.).

I went up to the bar and asked for a glass of water. The bartender started pouring me a cup and said what I thought was "can I get you anything else?" I said "no that's it" or similar. He actually said "can I see your ID?"

I showed him my ID and he handed me the glass of water.

I got carded for water in a bar! LOL!!!

I'm trying to cut back on stuff like that, but damn... good stuff.
Funny, I often think I want to marry mrs chow when I read some of the stuff I seen you mention she's prepared.

The lasagna was deliciouso. I'm not trying to eat like this often, and used only half the normal amt of pasta required. Back on my low carb routine Monday, did great with it met my target for last week, long as I only have the pasta once a week, I can manage to be fine with it, but don't plan to eat the high carb stuff like pasta every week. But this was some yummy lasagna; the cheese was dripping down the sides of the fork

Hope all is well with Bio. Realize his grandmother was having a tough time, it's been a while since he last posted.

I haven't been "home" in 3yrs and my brother and wife had their twins 6 months ago...so I really wanted to go. My dad has also been really, really sick so I wanted to get home to see him as well.

Unfortunately, the trip wasn't long enough. Oh well.

I probably should have elaborated more; its the trip moreso than the purpose. I don't like the trips where more time is spent traveling than visiting.

Oh, me either! We left on Friday night, stopped in Baltimore for the night and then got there around 11ish on Sat.

Got up this morning and were headed back home at 8:45am....got in at 7:15.

It was a good visit though and I got to stop at Wegmans today
