It's best to be up front and honest in situations like these. All you have to say is "thanks for your time, I don't think we are a good match" and leave it at that if you'd rather not pursue things.

I'm sure she's been rejected before on those dating sites judging by the way the men behave on there. lots of people with formal education and no common sense. I highly doubt you're going to be keeping her as a friend, not that you're obligated to or anything, but yea right.
