Well, I do think it's a little vain to get work done, especially implants of any type. If you're vain though, own it! I think it's far worse to deny it than embrace it.
Since I'm a woman who isn't attracted to other woman I don't really have an opinion on attraction but I do know a few men who don't date women if they haven't had work done and aren't attracted to 'real' breasts at all. It's a preference, I suppose.
On my end, I wouldn't feel comfortable dating a man who had plastic surgery, ESPECIALLY leg lengthening or 'pec implants'. Yick.
What makes it okay for a woman and not a man? (any type of surgery)
Like I said, I'm not a man so I have nothing vested in being interested in women. They can do whatever they please with their bodies because it really doesn't matter to me.
I'm a woman interested in men, so that's what I base my opinion on.
Yep. I know a guy who has calf implants. He's...well, vain. We'll leave it at that.
There were a few threads on leg lengthening a while back, apparently there are a few men who have gotten it done.
A long time lady friend of mine wrote a guy off because he had braces a year before they met. She went on 3 dates with him and said "eww that's something he should've done in his teens. a man who doesn't take care of his teeth or makes it his priority will not get attention from me"
