Where in the world would you go? (Romantic trip ideas) (girl, Venice)

It's her birthday next month, and I want to take my girl on a romantic vacation to some unknown destination! I thought I might ask you fine folks where in the world you might take your special someone? I have a few ideas in mind, but I'm sure there are places I haven't even considered. Money is not a major concern, but I don't think we'll be doing anything too crazy like renting out the Lincoln bedroom.

So what do you think?

I know a girl whos bf proposed to her in a gondola with a cheap ring, they stopped at Tiffany on the way home and got the real deal.

If you like tropical destinations, Manuel Antonio in Costa Rica or Bora Bora, would both be great choices.
