I was just thinking about this when talking to someone about a few things.
I saw a bunch of pictures of my exes gf. Not my ex husband, but my ex bf. The exdh is a different story.
So I saw a lot of her pictures and she looks a lot like me. She does not have my dimples or eye color, but everything else. So strange.
She was also wearing my clothes in some of the pictures. When I left him, I left a lot of my belongings. If her looking like me is not bad enough, her looking like me and wearing my clothes really is!!!
It was just like a car crash. I couldn't stop looking. He is very judgmental of people, especially when it comes to education.
She does not know proper English nor can she spell. I find this just crazy. If you're wondering how I came across this, I'll go ahead and answer now. Facebook. I was on his ex wifes page, (we are friends) and clicked on one of their twins and on from there. I am not being a creeper stalker. Well maybe I was when I saw her picture and had to look at the other pictures.
The worst one was the one of her wearing my favorite t shirt that I haven't been able to find in forever.... Now I know where it is! He found a woman that looks like me quite a bit and now she is wearing my clothes. OMG
I can't think of a personal case, but I remember there was this couple in high school. One of those long term couples...They broke up over the summer after high school graduation. When we saw her at the reunion, her new fiance was an exact clone of the other guy. Looked exactly like him. We all noticed and laughed.
Ew. I dated a guy who told me I looked like his ex. Maybe he has some kind of fetish or hasn't gotten over her, yet. I'm just like I'm my own person, thank you very much. Syanara punto

Well there is the answer to your question - with those tats, he kind of has to stick to ladies who look like you, and more or less match the tats.
Having worked with lasers a lot (mostly metal cutting) I wonder if there is not going to be a big demand for tattoo removal technicians for the next few decades...if the nuclear stuff plays out, it might be an option...
To be serious, as has been posted many times, men are visual creatures, and the looks that they like are the looks that they like. If you look at pictures of the women one man has dated, most of the time you can pick up on a theme, just looking at the pictures.
I don't know. I look like a viking right now, and I think my exes could find someone who looked similar to me if they looked hard enough around my area.
So they probably will wind up looking alike more than not.
