When your married she contributes some, like in my case she paid and prepared the food for us and the kids I paid for everything else, so she leaves and divorces me, so you know longer have that, it was'nt much but it was something, so you meet another woman shes hot of course like most women are,but lives out of town,so now you have,gas,dinner,play or movie
cha-ching you just sunk at least $300 bones into what! of course attraction kicks in and you don't really notice the money just feel "lucky" to have some one.Next weekend another date 600 in two weeks oh yeah forgot about the phone bill long dis adding up huge because talking constantly,so third date add in a hotel room luxury of course, spent some on clothes and other stuff,bought her a hat, about 1700 gone, bottom line

My daughter is 16. Last weekend we went out of town. Several of her GUY friends texted her several times during the weekend to say "Whatcha doin?" She found it annoying as heck, but she KEPT responding to them.
If a girl texts you "i'm bored" it's like the equivalent of a toddler tugging on your sleeve. She wants your attention, but doesn't have a better conversational gambit.
Be you, and enjoy your down time. Don't text back if you have nothing to say. If someone questions that, shrug and say, I'm not always available for texting. If that is a problem for them, it is not really a problem for you....to make new friends who are not dependent on cell phones.
I thought it was men who always wanted to be entertained. I guess it depends on the individuals involved. Imagine that!
