Depends on the accent. There are a handful that are grating to my ears or that just annoy me but the vast majority don't make a difference to me in who I date.
I went to speech class for my R's and S' s for like 8 years and I haven't had a problem dating women. I honestly think I'd be better off if I had an accent, though many people think I do have one.
The only accents I like on my guys are Bostonian ones. A man with a foreign accent, including British/European and even southern accents are huge turn-offs.
