Now I thought about this after talking to my friend who graduated and how he met his current girlfriend. They met through a video game, yes I know it is a poisonous word on here but here me out..
He plays with a group of friends and his friend invited a new member. Apparently this new happen to be a really cute girl. They typed then skyped each other found that they live close proximity to each and from there it became boyfriend and girlfriend.
So anybody else have had or known people who matched up in unusual or non mainstream ways.

A friend of mine went through the same scenario. We used to play games together but he separated and played something else. I don't know the full details; she lived in Ohio and my friend in Michigan. They met online and hit it off really well. Anyways, he's now married and has a kid of his own.
