Walter Mittys?

Does that mean whipped? Maybe. I know my mom does most of the shouting in the household, ever since I was a kid. But I don't think that means my dad acquiesces to her every demand.

For the most part, being shy for a man is kinda like being a tomboy for a girl. It's cute....up to a certain age. Then it gets a lil weird.

Being a 23 year old man who's shy isn't a good look. It's reeks of weakness

Kind of agree, too much stereotyping of shy, non shy types. Some are great, some are not so great to have as mates, their being introverted, shy or any other such adjective. This doesn't make one better or worse or less ego driven. Some shy, introverted serial killers love the spotlight on the downlow. Just saying.

I go in waves. I don't mind shy where it takes a bit for you to warm up to people. People generally open up to me quite easily. But an important trait for me is being a good conversationalist....

I don't mind putting in a little extra work to get to know you if you seem interesting.

It really depends on the person. I can connect well with extroverts and introverts. I can't connect well with certain types of people no matter what.

My personality? I am an ENTP. I am not necessarily outwardly aggressive, but I am not a pushover either.

Haven't you heard of tiger moms? Asian mothers can be the most aggressive, it can be a pretty matriarchal society too.

In my experience it might be a tie between Asian moms and old school southern parents who believe in community parenting on who is worst.

I am on my phone, please forgive the typos.

Outgoing girls don't seem to have a problem with shy men in my experience as long as she finds you attractive.
