I've heard horror stories of guys committing suicide because they are embarrassed about their size. Other guys opt for penile lengthening surgery. The ones who can afford it that is.
Yeah all jokes aside mircropenis is a medical condition not just a guy who was smaller than what that women was usually accustomed too.

AMEN! Off thread topic but I can't tell you how many guys don't understand the basics of female orgasms. Personally, I don't tolerate a lot of clitoral stimulation because most of the time its too rough or not in the right spot. I will move, make enouraging noises, instruct or flat out tell my partner what to do, but many guys do not have the "touch" and its just an exercise in futility. I much prefer to orgasm from penetration.
