It seems the only people who are bothered by it, are those who don't have any.
Actually, I think the only ones who can pull off a low-cut look are the ones who don't have cleavage. It's not as distracting to look at (so no complaints from men, like the OP), but it does add a little mystery or fashionability or something to their look without being in-your-face with anything.
I always see these certain women who dress with cleavage showing or skirts that show off their legs ect...These are the same women who will tell their pals that they hate when guys stare at them and treat them like a piece of meat.
What do these women expect? They are showing off for 'someone' aren't they?
My question is: Why do women who show off, like to call men perverts for staring at them? Is this the man's fault for looking?
Don't be foolish, it's not our fault! We can't help our natural attraction to breasts!! We are men for phuq sakes!!! Even gay guys are fascinated with womens breasts. Don't kid yourself! Women are just as perverted as men, just a bit more discreet. It's hypocrisy when they they blatantly stare at us, don't acknowledge it and give us grief when we do it to them. The same perverted women will bluntly stare at your crotch for hours and hours and give you attitude if you so happen to ask them if they're enjoying the show.
Whether a woman wants me to look or not, I go by the 3 second rule at a rate of about 45 - 50 BPM. This works out to about 5 legit seconds of gazing. Anything longer than that timewise, and you'll have her crying out sexual abuse. The pervert police paid for by the Womens Liberation Association will throw you in jail. You have to be careful when chosing your eye candy and how you choose to eat it. So for those who care;
One one-thousand on the face.
Two one-thousand on the cleavage.
Three one-thousand on the hips and legs.
Booty visuals are a huge bonus when it happens. You can't really see that part of her when she's facing you or walking towards you. Ultimate success is when she gives me full permission to check out her entire package complete with a salsa dance underarm turn! I can make this happen with most women but it all depends on how comfortable I get with her right off the bat. I've made women blush doing this and they've gladly obliged me afterwards. Love it when she boldly shows me her curves while playfully flirting with me at the same time.

Yes, I don't know which is more amusing, the scandalized pearl-clutching or the hyperbole about rape accusations and sexual harassment. Yes, the woman in front of you at the post office is just waiting to accuse you of rape ... I saw The Hobbitt earlier today at the IMAX and had to call the 4-0 on two nerds I caught looking at me. Then I reported the cop to his supervisor for sexual harassment because he was looking too.
It's a self esteem boost for some women. A affirmation that they can use the magic of bras to lift up their breasts to create the wonderful allusion that cleavage provides. And then men & some women will stare.
I dress nice because it gives me great self-esteem. It's a rush and it makes me feel good about my self.
If I dress in mini skits or cleavage (I never do both) I will have to accept that guys look. I'm not one of those women who dress provocative and then complain about the guys who stare. It's all about how we choose to look at it.. women can either chose to complain about it or they can use it to their advantage. That's what I do and it's fun. Some women victimize them selfes instead of embracing the power and fun that comes with it. And I actually find it funny to se how som e guys (mostly the hot ones) believe they are sooo fine and it's soo easy to get me in to bed with all their smooth talking. They're just too full of them selves. I mean, seriously? Dream on.
I dont think like that when it comes to the nice respectful guys though.. They are the rare gems and they doesn't deserve it.
But If someone crosses the line and try to touch me they will get an black eye without a doubt.
