What do you really think about a guy who spends lets say 20-30% of his time when talking to you looking at your chest. The guy in question, you yourself have been flirting with in a 5 minute or so conversation
Turn on or turn off?
Note whatever you say won't alter much, us guys will continue to do it
Guys looking at my chest while talking to me whether I know them or strangers, annoy me and creeps me out. Luckily my husband never did that. Even when we already are married. And that's why I married him.
I'm a guy and 20-30% seems like a lot! In 5 minutes. My lord....only perverts do that. Just imagine what that guy is thinking when he is staring that much....I know and it might not be the most flattering thing for a woman.
When I'm talking to someone who has major cleavage I won't look down. I figure they deserve my respect to at least look them in the eyes. Now....believe me I will look at some point in the day. Guys just have to be smart about it. I'm walking to break or I'm picking something up near where your seated I will look. Just a glance.
All women have breasts, they are a turn on to men. If anything see it as your not a complete hag. I'm not going to stare for 5 minutes, but it is a turn on and I will take a glance. I have a GF and would never cheat or anything, but a turn on is a turn on whether on your gf or that "hot chick" at work.
I think it shows that men can be easily distracted. Luckily for me, my small chest size makes it so that a guy can actually focus on my face while talking to me.
