I knew a married man, his name wasn't "Lennie" but I'll call him Lennie.
Lennie was a guy I knew about 10 years ago. Let me see, 2013? Yeah about 10 years ago when internet singles ads were new AND big, just replacing phone ads as the main way for singles to meet. Lennie, he was a guy in pretty good shape even though he had a nice sized spare tire. He lived in Brooklyn with his wife, he had a daughter who was out of the house and away in college somewhere out of state.
Now Lennie, he didn't appreciate his wife even though she was highly intelligent, urbane, attractive, pleasingly slim, a professional making good bucks. Lennie? He thought he could do better after 21 years of marriage. Not that he wanted young girls, but he thought that some of the 40 Something Females of his time were a lot hotter, a lot prettier, a lot better built...........
But you see, Lennie was kind of like a gambler. He thought that he was a hot number with his hairpiece, his flabs (which he thought were abs), his winning smile and easy on the eyes face which could make women smile and men identify with. He had THE look for a guy in his forties although you could see Lennie was no spring chicken, no Olympic athlete, no young movie star but Lennie? You know LENNIE!
So Lennie decided he'd do the internet singles ads for a little extracircular or in other words, like usual in these cases, Lennie's home sex life was non existant.
But the thing about Lennie. He couldn't resist putting his latest picture up next to his profile.
Now Mrs Lennie, as a modern day 21st century wife, she had a number of married couple friends and a good number of 40 Something Single NY girlfriends who didn't know Lennie that well but a few did know what he looked like because of social gatherings and the like.
It didn't take more than a few hours, you have to figure there's going to be a percentage of S/DIV WFs who were both doing on line dating and friends of Mrs Lennie and just about everyone would fear those odds.
But for Lennie.
Now this lady FOML (friend of Mrs Lennie) happened to catch Lennie right there in the open at "Losers.Com" (not the actual name) but this particular FOML happened to have a highly made up picture of herself taken at her daughter's wedding three years ago and Lennie didn't recognize her.
She posts the wink over to Lennie and immediately calls Mrs Lennie up. Mrs Lennie says "keep me posted" and a few minutes later, Lennie sends FOML a message which FOML answers. It leads right away to exchanged numbers, a phone call from Lennie to FOML (who's voice Lennie obviously didn't recognize) and a plan to meet tomorrow night at the Burger King.
Mrs Lennie tells FOML, "I'm coming along". Lennie tells Mrs Lennie that he'll be working late. She pretends to buy it.
Lennie stands there, along comes FOML who says "Hi Lennie" and he recognizes her and realizes............Right at the same moment along comes Mrs Lennie.
And Lennie hits the ground with a massive heart attack.
Lennie survived and he's ok now but you'd think that gee, a married guy would have his wife taking care of him, nursing him back.
Not Lennie, he had a home nurse (male) taking care of him who anyone could see had nothing but pure contempt for Lennie. Not that his nurse knew the story but some guys just don't get along with other guys.
But Lennie couldn't fire his nurse because that guy knew his job better than any of em.
Men and women cheat...althought it's interesting that Lenny is so fat, nasty etc and she is so nice...
Something about it makes me ask if there's some point to posting a FAKE story?

Something makes me ask if you'd like to think that this is a fake story. Like maybe what happened to Lennie is a threat to you because you may be cheating on your wife and you'd like to believe you are living in a world where you'll never get caught?

Probably not since I'm 30, 6', 200lbs, have all my hair, and I'm not married...
Good attempt at a personal attack disguised as a (pointless) explanation though.

Sometimes cheaters get caught, and sometimes the results are really unpleasant. We don't get to hear about those who don't get caught. So are you trying to say, don't cheat, or don't be stupid about it, or just don't get caught?
