Thanks, but I've read this before. Seems like my issue is psychological. This also seems to not be a clinical disorder. I think Axis II disorders are non clinical. Anyway, I guess the inky cure is to fall in love. Not the easiest thing for a guy as grounded and logical as I am.
Love is a very difficult thing for me. It's not an easy thing for me to recognize or achieve.
Falling in love is easy for me. It's getting them to love me is what the hard part is. I'm nothing like anyone else they ever dated. Shocked could be used as a light word to describe it. They're ready to call somebody....hell, I'm already down in the mud tightening that exhaust clamp up or whatever. Some creep is giving them a hard time. Past BFs had to try to play hardass to get rid of them. Those bastards see me and bolt......

I have a hard time falling in love. My brain ultimately outweigh the pros and cons, and then think about the probability the relationship has for survival. For me, my love life is a logical decision. The same way your decision to take a new job or buy stock. Whatever there is emotionally is normally drowned out by all of the logical stuff. It's kind of hard to deal with. Almost as if I'm trapped by my own logic.
The complete opposite can be problematic too, trust me.
