The point is that just because a man stares, it doesn't mean he has to talk to her. Ignoring them won't do a thing because most men won't care if they don't know the woman. I look at women all the time. Am I obligated to talk to her? Nope. Does she have to read my mind? Nope. Will she ignore me? Yeah, and I don't care because I don't know her. If I really like a woman, I'll approach her. So far, haven't met such a woman.

Do most guys learn from their Dad or brothers or some other male role model early in their life that teaches them how to get a girlfriend, attract women? Where do guys get the confidence and social-skills, conversations skills that are essential for getting a girlfriend?

You either have it or you don't so I don't know why women think men with no success in dating could pull it out of thin air. Women should try getting rejected fifty times and see if they are still confident about approaching the opposite sex, oh thats right its amans job.

Its not just women on here there's also some men who speak and think this way as well.

the education for these can come from a parent, a friend, a male role model, but as with any skill you learn by doing. sure i can coach you along, give you tips to bypass mistakes and advance your learning curve, but in the end i cant give you 40 years of chasing women knowledge. you have to ultimately learn that yourself.
it would be like me trying to teach you how to build a street rod. i can lecture you on how to do it, but untill you actually do it, you really dont know how to build a street rod.
as for confidence, that comes from within. no one can give you confidence, you have to develop that for yourself.
