In a relationship (even a pseudo one as this), I'd feel an ethical duty to -right then and there- tell a person like this where I stand.

I can't be pushed into something so quickly so fast, nor can I lead someone on.

Best to tell him upfront. No b.s.-ing. Straight to the point.

Unless the guy was a complete jerk, I don't understand the need to blast him for his feelings. I think I would be flattered that someone liked me that much...no need to make fun of him on an internet forum. Maybe that's just me though.
