Get rid of them. When I was a young teen and babysitting for her, I found some naked photos of my oldest sister and her husband (and an intimate video too). It was totally traumatizing and disgusting!
You just stumbled upon them? I think they were maybe not properly hidden or even accurately labeled.
I am going with the plan of just labeling it "Naked medical photos of mom and dad." My kids or sisters will just run from that. And it's not like the paparazzi are after our hidden photos.

Yes, I stumbled upon them. They were not labeled. I never told them though.
Place them in a Bible, history book or some other book the kids would never open. If you have a racy vhs tape you can title it "Quilting Made Easy" and nobody will ever check it out. Unless grandma comes to visit.
Lol, you're so funny, when I was a kid I wanted to read every damn book on a wall-to-wall bookshelf. Thus I began reading them all, one by one. I loved to read.
...Eventually, when I was around 12, I got to the point on the book shelf when I found this book that was all about the female anatomy. I didn't think I was supposed to read that book but I was curious so I read it anyways. In the following years I also read two books on sexual positions...
...If I was in your house, chances are I would've came across your pictures anyways, doesn't matter if it's a history book or a complex and technical college level text book on engineering.
....Anyways my step-father's bookshelf was reminiscent of his old college days. It contained several hundred books.
...I wonder if my mother knew anything about the books I read....
How about this. Bury them and then once a year dig them up, look at them, dingle your dangle, and then rebury them again? Put a smiling gnome over the place they are buried so you can remember.
Several years back I had my apartment broken into. They went straight to the bedroom and took a jewelry box and went through all the top drawers in my night stand, dresser and chest of drawers leaving them pulled out. They didn't bother with anything else.
So if this happens to you, you guys will be famous when they post them on the internet.
