I am thinking I would like to put a decent 12V air compressor and a couple of bigger air tanks under the bed. I am wanting to put some train horns on and it would be dandy to have air in case you need to inflate a tire, clean off a piece of equipment or whatever else.

A 12 volt compressor comes in mighty handy, especially when we camp, fish way out in the boonies.Much easier to haul around...

I never check the air in my tires. I just assume they are good. If they start losing air the little light comes on in the car. I probably shouldn't trust it but I do.
