If it's been a while I have no problem going to bed with a somewhat unnatractive lady but
I did have a girl roomate in college that was literally almost 300lbs that I would get oral from when I was really desperate for a "release" as did half my friends LOL

If she's just slightly under where I draw the line when released, there can be a chance when not released.
But if shes just not attractive, then nothing's gonna change it.
Beer, Beer, Beer.. Will make most anyone look good...Then again I have seen a need for a release turn into 18 plus years of child support and drama...In an emergency just take matters into your own hand.
