Once I get a job at a hospital it wound be nice to get some coffee at 2-3 am I want the 7pm till 7am shift . that would score more points with me then just about anything.
They probably just want to make sure you're eaten correctly and enough. Older women are like that. My mum still makes my married 36 year old brothers dinner on a Wednesday and makes him food to take home with him lol. Him and his wife still go their own parents house on a Wednesday for dinner lol they've always done that. It's nice that although happily married he still wants to spend time with us

I work for a major airline and they recently overhauled a bunch of their first class stuff, so we got to divvy up a bunch of toiletry kits and glassware, so I snagged my guy a few kits and a bunch of really nice lowball/old fashioned glasses.
He seemed to appreciate it. I LOVE giving gifts and hate receiving gifts though... he hasn't given me anything thank goodness.
