You're right to certain extent. White knights are popular with older women who are washed up and desperate. The same white knights who they wouldn't give the time of day when they were younger. But after they get used up by the bad boy/d bag types that's when they want the "nice guy". That's why you see the lap dogs/brown nosers/white knights lurking around here.
Um, Dude. You really need to get those "Men As God" and "Men As A Woman's Last Hope" delusions checked out by a doctor. They look cancerous.
I've always wondered why women don't ever white knight men. I can't ever recall an instance where a woman tried to White Knight a man she liked. But, I've seen plenty of pathetic white knight behavior from men. I can't come up with a reason for this other than women don't get as desperate as men do.
You'll have to define what you mean by "white knight," especially since you're using it as a verb. I've never heard that term used outside of this forum, and even here I've only heard it used by douchey-type dudes as a noun to describe other men.
When you refer to a woman "white knighting men," are you talking about women being nice or kind to men? I see that all the time.

Really? It's used in probably 95% of the internet.
I wouldn't worry about it. 70% of statistics are made up on the spot.
Exactly.
