Yep! Many books on success regarding positive thinking and financial success reiterate many of those exact same things. I still have many faults but reading that list and comparing my thoughts now to 5-7 years ago is the world of a difference amd I feel better because of it.

I drive a huge truck. The gf and I spent 10 hrs working on it yesterday making it even bigger.

When I got hard later the truck added .53" to my length and .67" to my girth. True story.
