I've heard this phrase quite a few times with different answers, how would you personally fill in the blank?
"realised why the text following the comma is a load of nonsense"
I reject the notion that "love" is this definable emotion with neat boundaries that allow one person to tell another that some arbitrary selected attribute is all encompassing.
"love" for me is a collective term to describe any number and combination of feelings and reactions - and what defines it for one person - might be entirely absent in it for another.
"If you've never watched the three stooges, you've never been in love"
