I'm INCREDIBLY open minded, but having an ex take nude photos of you and having his college-aged kid watch is just borrowing trouble.
Seriously, OP, wtf were you thinking?
No wonder he doesn't have much to say to you... if you have no problem with how weird that is, then he's probably wondering what the hell he's doing with you.
I don't mean to sound inflammatory, but this is just not something that most people (no matter how open they are) would do.
Case in point. One of my best friends has a husband (also a close friend) who is a photographer. A professional... the kind that gets offers from National Geographic and so forth...
I was thinking of having boudoir photos done to surprise my husband. She told me she wouldn't mind if her husband shot them.
Because she was trying to be gracious. Truth is? I would be comfortable with her husband shooting them if:
1) he wasn't her husband; and
2) I wasn't married.
End of story. I found another photographer that none of us knew.

I understand why hubby is upset. But I also don't understand why he didn't speak up himself when the son kept finding reasons to be in the room (LOL). The whole thing is weird. I think this is going to bother your hubby for a while - he's already got issues with your past. Best of luck to you both, hope it works out.
If this is even real, the fault lies entirely with the husband, imo. It was his fantasy, and once he decided to pursue it, he apparently didn't really think about consequences or his comfort zones. I can see why the OP would have picked an ex actually - it's a guy who's already seen her naked.
Am I the only one who thinks this "boudoir photo" trend is just the Glamour Shots of the 21st century? Just sayin'.
