I've had women walk up to me at parties and get togethers and introduce themselves and be SOOO friendly with their eyes wide open and smile as wide as a melon and they still had zero interest.
In general, unless a woman specifically says you are good looking or tells a mutual friends she is interested, she is not. Slutty behavior also works, though I obviously have not experienced any of that.
Eh, makes sense. Goes back to my whole spiel of women never hitting on guys thing. If it was just a super hard sales then this just further solidifies my opinion.
Exceptions of course, if the guy is super attractive looking, then women will go completely nuts over him anyway.
I remember getting assistance from a pretty young lady in the wood department of a home depot. She asked: "what type of wood are you looking for?" I replied: I need something strong, stiff and durable. Then I jokingly said "like morning wood"
Well, she didn't get it so she went to go ask one of her co-workers if they carried it in stock, Lol she turned at looked at me down the isle and started laughing after asking her guy co-worker.
It's all because you are an electrician. She was hoping she could get some free work out of you. She has some projects she could use your help on. Sockets and plugs and ground flow interrupters. And such.

To you, it was "blatant". To her, it was just an aggressive sales pitch.
when someone hits me of being out of character,,,or something doesnt seem right- im always thinking, there's a camera somewhere- its some sort of a reality show,,, so, i'll usually ask her something way off the wall- ask her if she's good at skinning deer or field-dressing a moose..
